A 352 engine is the same size as a 390, so yes it would fit. Did you get my pm to you about the 390 motor that I have?

The motor is still in my car, it is a 1964 motor, I have no idea about the mileage. It runs good, dosen't smoke, exhaust manifolds don't leak. If you want to come down you can drive the car. The motor is complete except for the carb.I am keeping it . I want $1200.00 for the motor. It will be ready to drop in.
