Wide mouth thermostat NAPA THM 6 170 degree. Also Mr Gasket 4367 , one I am using presently Moto-Rad 320-170 or Stant 14177.

I suggest giving CASCO another call about the lower shroud if your still interested in it. Sometimes these guys are not the best in getting back to people.

I agree on the flex fans - don't use them if aftermarket. An original OEM might be ok, but never had any experience with them.
