Right hand side drip rail (1967)

Post by Colby »

Hello everyone, I have owned my 67 thunderbird for a little over a year now and in that amount of time I haven’t been able to find the right side drip rail and the elbow. If anyone has one or knows where to find one that would be amazing.

Thanks.

Colby,
I’ve been turning over all the usual rocks that I’m aware of looking for a ’68 or ’69 parts car so I can replace my brake proportioning valve assembly that our not-so-trustworthy US Postal Service has managed to lose. I will let you know if I find one, and would really appreciate it if you could tell me if you find one. I believe the drip rails are interchangeable for the 2-door ’67 through ’69 model years.
Thanks and good luck,
Art

These two places show to have a roof, so it stands to reason that they still have the entire car. Give them a call.
www.car-part.com can be used creatively to search for wrecking yards that have entire cars, another search is for "frame"
or "frame rail" etc... to find actual cars being parted.
