67 remote mirror

[One bad 67]

hey guys I just bought a remote mirror for my 67 and don't see anywhere to mount the control knob , doesn't it mount to door panel ? If so does anyone know the approximate location ?

I can’t speak directly to the ’67, but on my ’68 the control is in the door-mounted arm rest about 4 ½ inches in front of the front edge of the bezel that surrounds the power window switches. I suspect that the ’67 would be similar.
