57 power steering cylinder rebuild

Rebuilding the power steering ram cylinder and can not get the washer out that is under the first seal, anyone have any tips? Thanks

You could try putting a rag over the end and hit it lightly with some air. That is how I got mine apart.

No luck with the air, any other suggestions
