None of the lights come on for the speedometer, fuel and temp gauges and clock. Everything else works fine. I am aware that there is no fuse box.
All fuses are in line.
Thank you

I believe the fuse is part of the headlight switch.

I do not have access to a wiring diagram for your car. I do know that during that time period Ford often fused the instrument panel lights through a fuse mounted on the light switch. As expected, it is often not easy to access!
The most important point to remember is that if that fuse is blown there is a reason. Most likely replacing the fuse will fix the problem but only for a very short term...until the fuse burns out again.
Expect to troubleshoot to find a short to ground somewhere. Highly likely scenarios for old cars are either a broken wire touching ground or a bare spot where the insulation hardened and broke off of the wire and is touching the chassis.
