have a 1964 bird want to upgrade to 16inch wheel any advise

I have my car on Stock 17" crown Vic wheels. I have to run a 1" wheel spacer to clear the caliper and tie-rod end.

Provided it's not fitted with the '65-'66 disc brakes and still has the factory drum setup, you'll have more to select from. If you have an aftermarket disc brake conversion, you're going to have to do some homework on your end to determine offset, clearances, backspacing, etc.
