Talking to my local parts supplier yesterday and he asked if I wanted to buy a 57 Continental Kit (from Continental Enterprises. Not sure if it has ever been fitted as he said the owner changed their mind. I think he said it was white.
He was down to $AUD 1000 but likely to be negotiable as not many prospective buyers down under. Obviously shipping would be required in not in Australia but he may be able to assist with that.
