I am new to this forum I recently purchased a 1962 T-bird I would like to add a tach but i dont want to strap one to the steering wheel I want to keep the factory look. Has anyone ever put a tach in the spot where the factory clock is it looks plenty large enough.
Thanks for any help.

Moderator note - no problem, I will move the posts to the 61 -63 Modified Section, but will leave the link here should DavidL have trouble finding it.
PLEASE invest a few bucks and buy all the shop manuals for your car. Definitely will save you much time and be an education.

Hi David,
Don't know if you ever found your answer, but do some searching here... One of our members did a cool clock - tach conversion a while back. It's here somewhere, play with advanced search in this forum and possibly the regular 61-63 forum as well.
Good luck!
