Car started leaking

Hi my dad bought this bird new in 1958 but it has been stored away since 1989 and I'm not sure if the steering gear box is leaking or maybe there are more than one seal leaking any advice would be great thanks
I'm seeing some fluid under that bracket in the pic but there is alot of fluid dripping from that joint

Have you been taking your car for servicing and for how often?
Or did you change your mechanic?
My problems had stemmed from those two.

Do you have the shop manual for the year of your car? Do the simple fixes first....
