I Know Pat Wilson lists them, not sure if they are still available though. I haven't seen them listed for other vendors, but a few calls would answer that.

Are you looking for an original, or a repop. What is your budget numbers, and are you willing to pay the freight.

Rgoode, where are you located? Unless sold, by owner, I know of an original Tonneau which is reported for sale. If interested, let me know and will check to see if still available.
Knowing it is an original complete with wax crayon markings and pin wheel stamp the price will be reflective.
If you plan to put a tonneau on your car, be aware that the Front seats will not travel to their full back position, and anyone over 5'6" will be cramped. I stand 5' 11" and cannot enjoy the tonneau due to this fact.
Just a little free advice. Just my 2 cents worth and we do not have pennies in Canada any more.

I have a tonneau cover but unable to find the T bolts to hold the back down. I've checked Pat Wilson, Larrys and Birdnest and am told they are not available anymore. Any ideas before I resort to making them?

McMaster-Carr sells a lot of weird hardware. You can also try Grainger
