Looks like they used the front cradle assembly from the donor car and mated it to the existing shock towers/frame. I was hoping to see the use of the whole frame brought over and adapted when I saw the omission of the upper strut bars. I have a 2004 Mercury Marquis that gets around okay, I wonder how the 190hp Modular motor drives in that car.

Probably the first gauge replacement I've seen that I actually like. Overall, the car looks a little hastily done: uneven upholstery stitching, lots of rust on the new motor and questionable modifications to the body (see that sheet metal bolted on to cover a hole under the hood hinges? Squicky.)

Someone needs to go and test drive and report back. I'd do it but it's a bit far for me.

An easy fix to the sluggishness would be replace the Mod-motor with a Coyote. Now that the mod is in there, it should just bolt in.

There are a lot of old police cruisers at auction that you could use as a donor car. Might be good to have the wiring harness, computer and other things rather than buy them separately.
