Also looking for one . Have one from 1995 but lacks a lot of content. Is the current one worth $185?

Yes, it is worth it and the missing sections are available from CTCI. If you aren't a member you should join. The Early Bird magazine is worth the cost and is published 6 times a year. You can order all the sections you need on their online store.

I will just make an observation here and I mean no disrespect. When a person spends a large sum of money on an old car (probably over $20K) it seems to me spending a couple of hundred dollars on a restoration guide is money well spent. Everyone should be thankful that there is so much support within the T-Bird community to get the cars restored and running. That isn't the case with many older cars.

The sections that deal with the rear main seal are appendix G and H. They are available separately from CTCI, if you are a member, which I highly recommend joining if you aren't. These sections along with what I pointed you to in a previous posting at Gil's Garage should meet your need.

I highly recommend you get the CTCI Restoration Manual, I bought one through E Bay very reasonable and added the missing chapters. I was still ahead of the game.

Yes I am a member and as mentioned have a earlier version of the manual. Can you tell me what addendum would address body removal?

Thank you for your help.
