Emergency brake

I have a 71 sedan pushed the ebrake to the floor now it's stuck. What do I do? Thank you had her 3 days just trying to go over everything little by little.

It should be vacuum release, if it’s not running or no longer functioning as intended look on the pedal arm up towards the top as there will be a small manual release lever. Now if your brakes are stuck on I would start spraying the cables with some PB Blaster or other rust penetrating spray.
