1965 Battery hold down
My '65 has both the plastic hold down on top of the battery and the battery tray clamp on the left side (engine side) of the tray. Is this correct? Seems to me like an overkill; either one would hold the battery in place. The battery is a group 27.

Re: 1965 Battery hold down
The plastic top hold down clamp was used on the 66, 64/65 used the bottom clamp to hold down the Ford battery with the bottom ledge clamp on it #27F.
