Door Seals - Dennis Carpenter

Post by claybreaker 144 »

I discovered my passenger door seal to be 4" long going up and over the vent window (driver side was good). I called Dennis Carpenter and they pulled their inventory and found all right side to be defective. I ordered these on 3/18/20, I guess these aren't big sellers because I brought the issue to their attention. If anyone else purchased their coupe doors seals and haven't installed you should check them.
I take advantage of sales and promotions and bought most of my rubber seals during their St Patrick's Sale last year. They don't want deal with issues over 1 year old and I called with a couple of days to spare but I also suggested they should warranty their products to be good out of the package no matter what the time frame is. Dennis Carpenter has a good reputation for their rubber quality and I had no problems with my F100 seals but not so with this T bird.
