Post by Jedi Rello »

Would any of you guys happen to have a picture of the shift linkage rod where it connects to the transmission recently bought a 62 Thunderbird and they had fumbled it all up, would help to see what it is supposed to look like but can't find pics anywhere, thanks

If you have a C4 in your '62 it's not the original transmission. The original is a dual-range cast-iron Cruise-O-Matic - it's all that was used from '61 through early '66 before the C6 became available.
