I'm looking for a 1960 Thunderbird "steering arm to idler arm rod" - manual steering.
Does anyone know someone or wrecking yard or dismantler that may have this part? I've been looking for months and I cannot find anyone.
Please post the phone number or website...much appreciated.

Re: Looking for 1960 Thunderbird "steering arm to idler arm rod" - manual
I believe I have one in the attic. I was scrounging parts off a 60 bird at a junk yard about 10 years back. I needed one for an automatic car and it didn't work for me so I think I still have it. Is yours missing or damaged? I really need to know if that is what I have. What is the differance between them for me to look at on mine.In the 60 shop manual on page 9-7 fig 11 and 13 it shows a steering arm to idler arm rod for a non power steering application. Is that what you need? If so I believe I have that. posted from Royce
