1956 Trunk Light

My '56 does not have a light in the trunk. The live wire is there and I see the holes for the light assembly, but I have not been able to find a picture of an original light. I have found 'universal' trunk lights on-line but I would like to install an original, or maybe a repop.

Can someone post a picture of the light assembly so I know what I am looking for?

I think what you are seeing is the wiring for the license plate light or perhaps an aftermarket light. No factory trunk lights were available as far as I know.

No such" light in the trunk," There is a light located under the bumper for the license plate.
