Hi everyboby
please can you tell me the right color for painting the motor
red or orange, what is the reference
is it the same reference for ford Mustang

This has been covered before. Type in some key words in the "Search" box at the upper right corner of the screen like "Engine Color" and you may find this:

Ford Engine Red. Over time it may fade/age to an orangish hue.

Remember that "Search" is your friend.

Bill Hirsch in Newark, NJ has the correct red. I think they call it Thunderbird Red.

+1 for Bill Hirsch. I used his paint on my Buick straight 8. Very good quality and coverage. He sells it in both spray cans and in liquid...I used both for mine, depending on what part I was painting, and they matched perfectly. It brushes very well. If you have a paint gun, it can be thinned and sprayed as well.

His colors are generally considered very correct and well researched.
