66 convert trunk ONLY operation w/key lock or remote fob

Has anyone made a kit to operate the trunk from outside the car?
Late model, 1967, lincoln convertibles had a key on the rear drivers quarter panel so you can open and close the trunk from outside the car. Shop and put items in the trunk without going though the
Hassle of getting in the car and partially operating the top sequence.
I think I can cobble something together but it would be great to hear from someone who has done this.

DO A "SEARCH" use the Forum info!
Look up "Andrew Pines" he offers a fully Electronic top control system and top can be operated OUTSIDE the vehicle.
REMEMBER to do A SEARCH and find past posts on topics. Why reinvent the wheel.

If you make one of those, make sure to lock out "top down" to prevent someone from cycling it to top down mode with the header locked. The hydraulic rams are strong enough to break the pivot arms.
