I am looking to do a 4 corner brake conversion, but after much searching, I am not sure which brand or kit to buy. Any suggestions? Thanks

You should start with a new post - do not piggyback on an old one

Wilwood has a front-disc-brake conversion kit for 55-57 Tbirds. It uses 4-piston, aluminum Dynalite calipers. The kit allows retention of the original spindles. They might offer a rear kit as well, but other than appearance, you're not likely to see much difference in braking in the rear, unless your drums are defective. Front brakes are responsible for 80% of braking.

All of the Tbird suppliers offer a front-disc conversion kit; most use Kelsey Hayes-type 4-piston cast iron calipers. There are also front kits that utilize Granada spindles/w single-piston floating calipers.

FYI: I converted the rear drums to discs on my 1988 Mustang 5.0. Quite frankly, they were a waste of money. Money would have been better spent going with larger front discs. Keep in mind that you may require larger-diameter wheels if discs exceed 11" diameter.
