Re: power steering

Did it work before you took it off ? An old one can feel

Re: 63 fuel pump

Well I thought I had an answer, but I don’t. It’s been a while. I saved the 2 in the picture because they are the Original rebuildable type. I want to say the one with the decal came out of my 63. The other out of a 66 390 t bird. I could be backwards. But I don’t remember ether pump knocking. My 2 ...

Marks , I don’t know where you are , local to me is an AC rebuilder that could convert it and make it seem stock at a glance. Also I have seen a lot of cars combine vintage air components to convert.

Re: Which are the best aftermarket carpet companies

Ducksface , I could have ordered the correct loop carpet from the same carpet company . I feel the product was good quality and fit. The carpet company will send samples and back the product. Im I missing a point on your post.
Are you saying what I purchased was cheap ?

The original on a 63 is loop. l went with the Esssex. I think it looks a lot better. The vendor offers both and I thought the cut and fit was great. Cl...

Hi , Steve I’m just thinking out loud here. The new style Ford E-450 say 5 years old have a pin with a shoulder on It. Or what if / do you have enough to play with to drill To the next size roll pin ? Be it standard or metric. Maybe Karl will read this and chime in. He does some amazing Things. Cliff

If I had purchased the carb in the other post (let’s say for argument’s sake it was a Thunderbird carb) and the date is October 63 I would think it wo...
