Looks like a bit of a rebuild. Pull engine, Hot tank, new timing chain, rings, pushrods, lifters. IIRC C6 is 3 speed but much more heavy duty than the Cruise-O-Matic you have now. Very popular with drag racers. John for a drag racer, the C6 is useless, we use C4's Interesting! we just put this little piece of yummy yum goodness on a ford 460 thats ging in a 65 lincoln vert. dyno numbers were really good for what all was done to it, and that wasnt much. the fast efi kit is super simple to work with and install.

I decided to rebuild the engine, went to a guy and it'll cost 2600, but he'll put bigger pistons, stronger rods, all that and a bucket of chips. find out for me what eactly what is being put in the engine, part numbers would be great. tha price seems cheep compared to our shop, but depends on what ...
