I ran a set of 2001 Bullitt wheels on my 'Bird for a bit.
They are 17" and didn't rub, even with the skirts.
I got a super deal on the tire/wheel combo.

I have been running Air shocks on mine for years.
I run very little air in them though, they're just for when i put a little too much in the trunk. ;)

Mine is at the Engine Builder now, got a call and it looks good.
Mine wasn't full of chocolate milk though. ;)
It did have a broken top ring, which I figured due to the smoke/blow by.

I need to get the windows back in so we can start putting the new interior in.

We leave April 1 to take Route 66 to CA.

Yep, I go by the handle "ThunderRocket" there, and have been on there since i about 2004.
I have some great friends that I met through the HAMB.
Quite a few Bulletbird owners/fans on there as well.
