Re: Hard Brake pedal??
Push rod adjusted correctly? What size dual master did you use? I think original was 15/16th's.

Re: 1964 disk brake conversion
Would have thought a 65 rim would have fit especially as you used a 65 disk brake set up. Are you sure it's a 65 rim? I know that some of the guys using the aftermarket kits need to do some caliper grinding but should not need doing on a 65 set up.

Re: gear vendors
Have been looking at the Laycock overdrive units for some time and wondering if they can be adapted to the Ford C6. As used in MGB V8, Triumph Stag, Jaguar. I think the gear vendors adapter is similar. And of course the Laycock can be had for around $300

Re: gear vendors
Think you need to press buttons on the controller, at least from manual to auto unless you intend to drive it in auto mode for ever. So you would need access to it.

Re: Neutral safety switch 64
The new neutral safety switches are basically rubbish. I bought a new one and it fell apart in my mechanics hand. He used the old and new one to get mine working. Look through eBay find a nos one for either a Tbird or Lincoln, I think they are the same. If you have the manual it will give you the pr...

Think I'd start testing. Look at the fuse box, you may have only fried the fuses. Get the manual or find someone that has knowledge of electrikery.

What you could do is, scrape the crap from around it, put down some new sealer and drop a small metal plate over it.

Tranny inspection hole. Usually has a rubber plug in it.
