Re: Seats

... Your question respects some answers and warnings.

Re: Speedometer gear

Was it working before this happened? You could get a dental mirror and look down into the hole and see if it is in there. It is held to the cable with a metal clip and maybe someone installed it without that clip, so it was just loose in there and when you pulled out the cable, the gear stayed in the ...

I agree with you Mark, I have seen the male snaps drilled into the paint of the door and the rear deck...I have a copy of the dealer's install. I drilled into the stainless steel trim on the door and on the rear deck. I have the precision drill bits and the hand held dental drill to do this......

Re: hood pop-up springs

... just a bit to MY satisfaction, I wanted the hood to drop just like Amos did on the video. After three tries I nailed it. That's me just being OCD I had this drilled in me when working as a 12 year old at my cousin's dental laboratory. It still makes me crazy when I see something that is not right.

... a spring loaded terminal. There are a couple of small holes in the side of the socket that you can pick at to pull the socket out. If you have a dental pick or something similar, it would be trial and error (mostly error) until you caught the hole. Then a straight out pull.
Hope this helps

How to remove front turn signal indicator bulb

... fingers can fit in there to grab the light bulb. I have removed the screw ring and the lens. It is not gunked up or corroded in there. I tried a dental pick to turn it. I tried a piece of engine hose to grab the bulb, I think a thinner walled tubing like used in aquariums might work. I searched our ...
