Need advice on wheel and tire sizes for my 1966 Tbird. Can not decide between 15 and 17 inch. Also need backspacing. I am not running skirts.

I have a Vintage Air unit in my 1966 Tbird Hardtop using a factory AC control panel and dash register.

I had a set of white stripe/red band tires custom made by DiamondBack Classics in 2005. They used MIchelin Symmetry radial tires and buffed off all lettering on the outside of the tires then vulcanized in the white stripe/ red band. They looked awsome and had that michelin ride!

The original part number was BF42 that has been replaced by BSF42.

If you have aftermarket electronic ignition you can increase the plug gap for a hotter spark.

What brand of adapter did you you use and where did you get it from ? We are building a 427 BBM for my 66 Hardtop and am building an AOD to go with it.
