Hi everyone! My dad has 1979 Thunderbird and one of the wheels is showing some signs of rust, it seems anyway. It has the polycast (honey comb?) style wheel. Is it possible to separate the polycast part from the wheel? Or is it all one piece? The area affected is on one of the lips, it seem the poly...
