Re: 1965 Thunderbird Turn Signal Replacement Parts
I installed this in my trunk. It’s a plug in replacement, and my rear lights now work great. That looks good. We'll look into that when we start working on the Tbird next week. Got to finish installing the rotors and centerline wheels on the truck to make some space in the garage. The rear passenge...

Re: Question about Original Specification Manual
You have to purchase the OFS books through VTCI's Country Store - info for the OFS books is toward the bottom of the Country Store page. http://vintagethunderbirdclub.net/country_store.htm VTCI Country Store OFS offerings 20230521.jpg Note that a black-and-white printed copy of Volume 4 - 1961-1963...

Re: Left side brake light is intermittent 64

Check the the dash 4 way switch, the contacts may not be making a good connection. Cy...

Re: International And Regional Conventions - Historical List
It would be cool to see such compilation of the (past International and Regional) meets! Our Club Historian, Dan Likar, would be the person who would generate this information and provide it for a web page. This list would want to go all the way back to the Club's first National meet in 1972 in Spr...

Re: CORRECT HEATER HOSE SET UP
The diagram for the heater hose routing is actually found in the 1966 Thunderbird Electrical Assembly Manual on page 60. Yes, I know, strange place to find that! If you don't have the electrical manual I recommend you get one. I'm currently working on the OFS revision and was just looking at this d...

Re: Bumper rechroming
I had my originals rechromed by a company, LKQ. This is large parts dealer spread throughout the US and is owned by the same company as Keystone. This was at John Draxler's of TBird Ranch suggestion. They did a terrific job. They may have some work such as this outsourced to a specific contractor. ...
