Paint Records?

Is there a record of how many cars were painted each of the factory colors for 1957?
Same question regarding engine codes C,D,E & F?
Thanks, Greg

PCV Routing With CE?

Can anyone tell me (or post a picture) the correct routing for the PCV hose on a '57 D code (single Holley 4bbl) 312 with California emissions?

Re: Need a Picture Please

Thanks Lew. No power brakes. This is the vac connector that I have. As you can see, it also has a PCV valve.

Re: Need a Picture Please

Thanks guys, but mine is a D code with a Holley carb so it looks different than those. There is a vacuum fitting at the rear of my intake manifold, I'm wondering if it's supposed to connect there?

Need a Picture Please

Hi Guys,
Can anyone here please share an image of the vacuum hose routing for the two steel lines that run along the driver's side valve cover. I know the front end connect at the fuel pump but I could use some clarity on the opposite end. This is for a D code engine.
Thanks, Greg

Re: Odd Paint Code for '57

I see.
Well this brings my question full circle then. If they keep copies why not release a copy to a potential buyer?

Re: Odd Paint Code for '57

Thanks for the reply.
So, what you're saying is that CTCI gives the owner the original factory invoice and not a copy?

Hey Greg, now I'm curious, what code would the cars built in Dec. '57 have?

Re: Seats?

I have been fortunate enough to find a nice, complete seat for $150 from a very friendy private seller.
