Just wondering if anyone has purchased and tried the Billet Grille available for the 66 Thunderbird, If so what are your thoughts on the product and ease of installation. Thank you all for the great advise and the pictures say a thousand words. I agree with getting the unit up on the bench to insure none of the fitting get broken or damaged. This is not a job a care to repeat. It's gonna be a week or two before I can get back into it, but thanks again.

Thank you so much. After leaving the message I was able, with my daughter smaller hands, remove the four screw that hold the top on,but still could not remove it. I will try what you suggested with regards to changing the hoses and valve. Also thanks for the tip on where to purchase the cork tape. T...

I am looking to restore my 1966 Thunderbird AC system. The previous owner removed the compressor , the condenser radiator and cut the AC lines at the firewall.
