OK. I was pretty sure that there should be no movement other than spinning on the coupler. Looks like to get this done right I should take ithe regulator out and do an overhaul on it. I knew in the back of my mind I should do that but I just was feeling lazy.

If you keep the stock window set up what will you do about the motor-to-regulator couplers? I purchased a hand full of new ones and have spun a couple already. I put new motors in the doors and that works fine.

'64 it is! That is exactly the kind of tribal knowledge that makes this site so great! I will then just check if I have that same 3 hole pattern for the bracket and move on that. I really dig upgrades like this where ever possible.
