I’ve always believed that these cars will always leak, not only fluids but through the tops too.

Re: Replacing hard brake line
Very difficult without removing the body but I did it on mine. I had to remove the body mount hardware on that side then I unbent the line enough to fanagle it through. I then had to rebend it to get the fittings to line up. I was using stainless lines also which are much stiffer to work with. Would...

Re: Sun visors for 55
To install Sun visors you would need to obtain the proper 56/57 windshield moldings. You will need the left and right inside chrome doglegs (vertical pieces) as well as the inside upper chrome strip ( horizontal piece). Then you will need visors as well as the attaching hardware and hooks. It will n...

Not sure in a 67 but look for something like this. Usually near the ignition coil or on the firewall.

Re: Gasoline to use?
I’ve been running E-0 or non-ethanol in my 55 since owning it except for the rare case I’m out of town and can’t find a station that offers it. I then use at least 90-91 octane and try to use it up as soon as possible to not let it sit around long and ruin seals and gaskets. Try this to find ethanol...

Re: Help me answer these questions
It’s actually quite easy to remove the steering column. Under the hood: loosen the clamp around the steering tube at the steering gear. Unplug the horn wire from the other side of the steering gear and tie a thin string or fishing line around the end that goes toward the firewall. This will help pul...

Re: '56 TB Washer Tubing Routing
My 55 doesn’t have washers but the vacuum line for the wipers enters the firewall just below the starter solenoid.
