not looking forward to dropping that thing again.Pulled the receipt for the rebuild and its stated that if you adjust it voids limited lifetime warranty.guess ill see what the rebuilder tells me and go from there.

about 5 years ago i had my gearbox rebuilt,iv noticed lately that when braking the car pulls to the left.Checked all of the braking system all seems to be good,then i noticed an unusual amount of steering wheel play about an inch when rocking the steering wheel.Got underneath had a helper rock the w...

if i were to just change the gasket,it would probably start leaking from the weep hole.If its got to come out id replace it the whole pump.

i went ahead and relaced my bushings,not only did i put the washers backwards,the bushings were swapped around the wrong way as well not sure what i was thinking when i did this several years ago.

1966 rear valance

Looking for a rear valance where the licence plate mounts for a 66,in decent shape.Mine took a hit at sometime in its life and dont think it can be repaired.

Also if you look real close at your car and the sample pic, you could cut that bump up on yours where the warning sticker is an come super close to replicating the one in the third picture,it looks to me they just did away with that bump up probably for hood clearance.again if your not building a co...

actually if you are not building a concourse car,you could cut the top l brackets weld a piece of metal to extend it up and that would do it.The closer that i looked at mine it looks like that's exactly what was done they were extended up with a longer bracket.Or just fab up a new bracket and weld i...

i don't think the side of the shroud is correct for a 19 inch radiator,on my 66 cali 428 the sides are definatly higher.

you know thats actually not a bad idea at all.id be curious how it turns out after alignment.In theory that would work as long as suspension is loaded and ground is level

i decided to go ahead and change my strut rod bushings,and had a senior moment and didnt mark where the rod connected to the lower controll arm.Don't suppose anyone would happen to have the A measurement on page 3-6 of the service manual so i can get it close until i can find someone to align it.
