uper arms

hi guys i have a bit of a squeaky front end and don't have grease nibbles on the upper arm bushings .dose any one know if you can fit them on the arm while still in the car or do i need to pull the arms out thanks

They may be drilled and tapped with a plug in them if they are aftermarket Ford upper shafts did not have grease fittings as they where "lubricated for life" it was the trend at the time. Life was until they wore out.
