Rear electric motor removal

I have removed the rear seat and the quarter panel to provide access to my rear electric window motor that I need to replace. I was wondering if there was a way to remove the motor without removing all of the rear window mechanism and the window itself. I see no easy access to the motor itself. Am I missing something? Thanks!
