1964-1966 original upper door trim Garnishes

My question is i always check out E-Bay for NOS parts i came across this item (#115321448578) item stated Original door jam upper trim Garnishes are these for all of these year models or for convertibles only? For i have never seen these on any of our cars nor do i really know where they go if anyone have these on their car would you post with a pic thanks in advance-Please advise

Alan thanks for your reply but i do not know how to obtain a pic from what i see on Ebay and post it on the Forum that why i put the item # on my first post if i dont get an answer i will be seeing my kids this coming weekend Thanks

I don't recognize the smaller pieces, but the two black, rubber-coated parts attach to the upper, rear portion of the door jamb using 4 small Phillips-head screws such that the quarter windows slide through the slit-shaped opening.

Thanks for a quick reply, yes the rubber coated parts iam familiar with--its the stainless pieces which i have been told are somehow located along with those rubber coated seals yet i have never seen a car with them. awhile back i was told they were used on convertibles only; however at a car show i checked out two convertibles they did not have them either- so if anyone should have these pieces installed i would greatly appreciate a pic with them in place, Thanks again

My 65 had them, it's called a quarter lock filler and can be found in the body and trim manual. Good luck, Bob C

Thanks so much, so these Quarter lock fillers were for the convertibles and regular hardtops only and over the years lost for what ever reason for i have never seen them Thanks so much
