As of tomorrow the USPS SYSTEM is doing an up grade in fees, if my info is correct. This means a review of our Club dues has to be watched. Here in Canada, I will be looking for ways to reduce costs. That being said, I will be reviewing how the CDN system is rated. Up to now I have maintained the method which I was handed when I took over the SCOOP delivery. This may require a tighter purse string, and a reduction in delivery speed.
I plan on watching our delivery schedule, but will maintain the most accurate and expedited methods possible.
FYI, I have heard the US SCOOPS are about 5 weeks delayed do to the speed of the USPS SYSTEM. What I mailed as of Dec 15th here in Canada, is in comparison just being delivered in the U.S. now.
I do not want the service in Canada to be the same.
