1965 convertible wiring

Post by Dutchbird »

Hi all,

Currently restoring a 65 convertible, the wiring harness in the car is really bad shape. They Just cut out parts of it, put some wires extra to connect things.
So, useless

I am looking for a replacement harness but cant find a new one.

Is IT for sale somewhere? Or is here somebody who have one in good shape over?
Greetings from the Netherlands,

Martin

There used to be a company called Narragansett Reproductions that would make exact copies of the wire harnesses. Unfortunately the owner of the company passed away in August 2018. Since then the website has gone dark and they don't answer the phone any more.

Call the big T-bird parts houses and see if they have new or used harnesses in stock. They have stuff that isn't in the catalog, so let your fingers do the walking:

Concours Parts 800-722-0009

I found these guys to be superior to Narragansett in service having ordered from both.
