62 sport roadster rear shocks

Post by rgebbie » Fri Oct 05, 2018 1:32 pm

Hello, new to the forum, i am replacing the rear shocks on my 62 sport roadster. the replacements are monroe shocks. however, they are 3/4 of an inch shorter fully extended than the shocks on the car. contacted Monroe, they said that i have the correct shocks, so my question is, do you have any recomendations for another manufacturer, with the correct length.

thank you in advance for your help.

Or they fit more applictions than just the Bird.
I would use the Monroe's as long as the collapsed length is equal or better.
