audio guys need some help...

ok all im in need of some new speakers, the fronts are poppin and the rears are just not loud enough. heres what im looking into what do you think of these, mind you i just want these things just loud enough to hear over the exhaust this things a racin car not a audio car.

now id really like some imput on an amp, something that will work with these items and sound good, not to expensive. 150-225 dollar range.

at one point or another someone suggested a good site to get stuff cheeper than the prices listed above, can you repost that site thanks
