Hardtail? Looks like you kicked out the rake on it, too?
Damn, that's a really nice bike. I'd be sobbing over my corn flakes about giving that up, too - got any more pics?
Yup! Hardtail...we used rake bearing cups to push the rake out and still have a safe trail.

Sorry! I'm sure I have some pics somewhere but I just haven't found them yet!

VERY nice, Gary!
Damn, that's lookin' good. And that solo seat totally transformed the look of the bike. I'm guessing it's pretty comfy, too.
Not to step on the toes of any HD guys out there, but that's just better looking than just about any Harley I've seen. That's just one massive, cool-looking bike. Nice job.

Thanks Dan, appreciate the compliments!

That's the cool thing about the motorcycle hobby (same as the old car hobby) - there are many different types of rides out there, and they all have something good to offer in their own unique way.

I agree with Dan! The single seat gives it a more low slung look! VERY nice!!!

If you took off the windshield and put a set of ape hangers on it it would give a cool outlaw look.

Thanks John! I have seen pics of Road Stars with apes and they do look cool. I have a quick-release windshield mount on order so I can switch back and forth in a jiffy.
