The ebay ad pictures look NOTHING like the cornering weights/vibration dampers used in the trunk or the front corners of a '62 Sports Roadster! Only early '62 Sports Roadsters and convertibles had cornering weights. The front corner weights look like "Teller" land mines; the rear weights in the trunk are large metal brick-like items. Both are supported by metal bar brackets, with an additional bar and a fabric pad that made contact on the sides of the weights to help reduce vibration transfer, supposedly due to the use of wire wheels. The need for them was engineered out of the cars after early production.

A TSB from November 1961 gave dealer service techs information on removal of the trunk weights if customers complained about them.
