My next project

Didn't take long to find what I was looking for, actually found something even better. Ran across an ad on marketplace, seller said he had lots of kooks, but nobody really serious. He had a real solid 59 convertible for sale, and a rough looking 58 convertible parts car. I tried to not buy the parts car, but in the end I brought them both home. The 59 has no engine or trans, and that's ok I'm not going stock this time. It does have all the patch panels I need to get it done, both quarters and outer rockers. Probably won't really start on anything till spring, more later.

A blue Thunderbird, I like it. I wonder why  59 is my favorite square Bird because of the chrome spear on the door, I have dreamed of light blue.. I've never seen that color before but it looks cool. Good luck with it, customizing sounds very intriguing.
A 66 Thunderbird is cool. A Sapphire Blue 66 is a beautiful car. The 428 engine completes the package.
