Voltage regular wire

Post by orthodoc »

Does anyone know what the tail on the harness to the voltage regular is for? I can’t find this in the wiring diagram

My only thought was the horn relay that may somehow be bypassed on my car? That’s the only thing that looks possible on the diagram. I’m not sure why the horn relay would feed directly from the voltage regulator though

G'day.

If you have a look at the link that Adrian, "The Thunderbird" posted. The wiring diagrams for a 63 Thunderbird, on page I5C3. It is used to attach a radio suppressor to.
I think I saw it used for a test meter in a later model, not sure though.
