Trying to access the inside of the passenger door. How do I take this front window lever off?

You've probably seen this tool which is generic and you can get it anywhere, O'Reilly's, Autozone, Tbird vendors, etc. I find it really clutzy to use. If your crank is very tight against the vinyl as is the case with mine, the metal tool can mark or worse, tear the vinyl.

Instead, I use the shop rag method. It takes a little knack which you develop, but after that it's so easy. Safe against vinyl. This video is not the very best one I've seen, but the guy is thorough and you get the concept. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VRv9TNrxVY

I agree with Paul, those tools can damage the door panel if you are not very careful. Covering the leading edges, especially the inside of the odd-shaped notch, with masking tape will help. Also, orient the tool so the notch goes underneath the handle itself and push towards the shaft of the crank while pulling the handle straight out.
Hope this helps
