1971 sequential turn signal when lights are on.?

Post by Shvinas »

Hi, Is there a way to make Sequential turn signal lights, when headlights are on? I live in Europe, we must always run with headlights on, and then turn signals blinking as usual lights. That's looks not cool..

During the time I had my '69, I had issues with the sequential lights.

I ended up replacing both the trunk box (Cougars Unlimited) and the column switch. It was the column switch that fixed my problem of no brake lights.

I do know that when I had it all running right that even when the headlights were on, the rear lights were sequentially lighting - are you saying that your sequentials do not work when your headlights are on in your '71?

Mcgsxr; do you still by chance have any column switches or other parts. A local Bird member is looking for one, who lives in Oakville/Burlington area. If you do, I will get the info to pass them on.
