Brake Booster is broken - Do not find a replacement

Post by hcaeasy »

Hey Guys,

i am from Germany and i drive a 67 T-Bird Suicide Door - 390cui
Since 2-3 month my Brake Booster is broken.

On Rockauto.com i try to find out which one i need and wanted to order - but not on stock
It´s this Modell here:

Brand: CARDONE / A-1 CARDONE - Part Number 54-73100

I really search the whole internet with the Brand und Part number.
But it is always and on every store: not on stock

So i try to find some help here.
Maybe it is possible that one member knows an another shop or maybe a guide to rebuild on a another brake booster.

Thank for reading.

Search the Web for Power Brake Booster Exchange in Portland, Oregon - also search for "Booster Dewey" (the owner's nickname). He specializes in rebuilding brake boosters, including rare and hard-to-find ones. Not sure about his overseas business policy re. payment/shipping but may be worth contacting to find out.
