Vin Number Higher

Thank you for the terrific info.on the Vin. I have a 1965 Hardtp and my Vin shows more than the number made. I see it does say appr. so I am: 174982( 74982 ) 10 higher than shown. Thanks again. rollsmnan

Mine doesn't make sense either. It's a very early build (Sept 63 I think) but it's something like number 30K.
1964 Coupe Wimbledon white/Rangoon Red w/black int. Owned for 41 years. It was my folks car before that (second owners). VTCI # 12013.

I do like this but I wish someone would correct the leather interior trim codes for 1966. They all list white as the base color and it should be parchment.

hello,
found a 1966 Q car for sale (concecutive unit #) is 68402. seller has original dealers invoice 6/10/1966. I am not sure if there is any value.
Seller is claiming that it is the last one produced, which I dont think its true. My question is - Is there any value to this vehicle with a higher CUN.
